GXS services parking charge
[Deleted User]
Hi all it looks like I parked in a block of flats and have received a penalty of £60.
They have a picture of my car going in and out.
The address is incorrect as in it does not show my flat number.
I don't recall the incident but should I just pay it? Seems extortionate.
company is GXS, Worthing.
Thanks in advance

No of course you dont pay why would you4

Of course you just ignore GXS - and debt demands from Trace.
Come back if you get a court claim. Same as all other Worthing/Shoreham/Southwick GXS threads.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
CLICK at the top or bottom of any page where it says:

Really? I was on pepipoo and it looked like i needed to pay. Thank you I shall ignore0

Pepipoos' speciality is penalties and fines rather than the main concern here which is speculative invoices for alleged debt from a scam contract.Deleted_User said:Really? I was on pepipoo and it looked like i needed to pay. Thank you I shall ignore
Have you received a fine or a penalty? Have a good read of the correspondence or tickets you have received and count the number of times either of those words appear on them. If the count is zero, you are now in the right place for advice, which has already been given above.
What you may also want to do, is have a good read of the Newbies/FAQ thread near the top of this forum where you will learn about all these differences.3 -
