I've had my bill today, and it's for the correct amount, not the incorrect amount that was showing on my dashboard.

Bill produced today and using the rate set after my phone call.  But changing the rate generated a credit which has been deducted meaning this bill is only 13p more than a pre increase bill.  Every little helps :D

Bill produced today is 3p more than as detailed in email of February. The difference is because all the elements (inc b/band, evenings and w/e calls and discounts etc) on the bill have been increased by 14.4% EXCEPT for the line rental discount which has remained at 20p !!
Not going to waste time on a phone call when over the remaining months of the contract it'll be ~ 50p extra in total
