Not yet got Warm Home Discount from Bulb for 2022?

Has anyone else have problem of receiving £150 Warm Home Discount from Bulb? I was sent a letter in November from Government to say I was eligible and my supplier will send me the Discount. I am on a prepayment meter. After several emails to Bulb and phone conversation, no realistic answer to my question. All I get is, if you qualify you should get it. I have not.

Others have had problems with getting the letter but no money/voucher, not just with Bulb. The problem is the supplier needs to have been told by the government to pay you, and if you weren't on the list for any reason your supplier can't do anything.
You might have success persisting with the helpline (I think the number is on the letter) - stay on the line even if it says it's closed, and try a few times if you need to.
Also worth raising it with your MP, especially if the helpline doesn't help the first couple of times you try. Government departments tend to suddenly be able to actually do things when MPs get involved with specific cases.0 -
I've not had mine. I was migrated from SSE to OVO in January, so SSE should pay into my OVO account.I have tried contacting SSE and OVO and Ofgem multiple times by email and they do not help. Utterly useless.I guess I will have to try my MP...0

I haven't received my WHD yet either. I was with Bulb and was transferred to Octopus. I tried emailing Octopus about it but they said they haven't received everything from Bulb about my account yet. When I go onto the Octopus app, though to check my account, all readings and payments seem to be there.
Octopus told me to try the number, which I did, only to have a recording tell me that the WHD scheme was closed for this year!
Bit infuriated by it though. I didn't get any letter at the beginning of the year, but then I was led to believe it was issued automatically if you are in receipt of certain benefits.0 -

The problem with automating, is there is little mechanism for when it falls down. There has been a fair few of these posts now, not sure what the best thing to do is other than to hound the regulator and let your MP know (as well as trying the help line). Ringing the DWP might also lead to success potentially.0
