BA cancelled my flight and booked me onto the next one - but I was refunded?

Can I ask if you should receive an 'eticket' email when you book with BA?
My flight for October was cancelled twice, and I received an eticket email for both of them.
I was then invited to go to Manage My Booking to accept the third and later flight option I then received a refund.
Should I assume they have taken the money back again, I have printed out my itinerary and both flights for the booking reference are 'confirmed'.

Strange. Do you have a booking reference for the rescheduled flight and can you see it on the app?Hopefully you can still fly, though seems odd that you have also had a refund.0

I've just been on the site. They changed my booking reference when I accepted the third and last flight change, the return flights are confirmed.
I've just looked at the cancelled booking number and it says they are in the middle of cancelling/refunding the booking.
I think I'll phone tomorrow - although I'm having difficulty finding a number to ring. I'm flying to NZ from Heathrow so have to get down there!£216 saved 24 October 20140 -
Thank you for your help, I was very anxious about it last night. When we were going to Australia in 2006 we had a flight booked down to Heathrow - only found out through watching the news the night before that all flights were cancelled and we had to take the very early morning train, we were lucky to get one in time.
I've managed to get through on the 03444930787 number and spoke to someone in refunds. The customer agent was able to confirm that the original booking reference has been cancelled and is to be refunded.
When I 'accepted' the new flight time change I was given a new booking reference, I must also have paid, I don't remember. She confirmed both flights and has just sent me an eticket email for the new booking.
The Heathrow strike is until 9th April.
