I don't know if this is of any use to anyone, or even if anyone is still following this thread, but I inadvertently found a way to shorten each call by 5 seconds, which might not sound a lot but that's 5 minutes saved if you make all 60 entries.
As soon as the automated voice answers, press 1 and it skips the section that tells you that calls are standard rate, may be included, check with provider etc. and it goes straight to the section where it reads out your number.6 -

The message for the cash register has changed to be even longer. There's a new section at the start saying "Hay it's Hattie Pearson..." So if you are using the above method to shorten the call, you will need to press 1 at the first part then press 1 again at the second part (blurb about call charges) so you get through more quickly to the third part when they read out your phone number.
