Flogas not delivering

In March 2023 Flogas wrote notifying us that they will no longer deliver our bulk gas supply as we have a covered walkway of our Grade II Listed building and we need to remove the roof before they will deliver. The issue appears to be a "line of sight" from the tank to the delivery tanker - however both drivers and one of their engineers say there is line of sight to both. They have been delivering to the property for 16+ years with no issues.
Has anyone had similar problems, we are looking for solutions which do not involve removing a roof and there is no separate location to re-locate the tank.
Has anyone had similar issues with Flogas who can advise please?
