2 years Home Broadband with Vodafone price increase in April 2023.
However, I received the bill today, saying my April 2023 bill is £23.45 instead of £20.50.
is there any problem with it?

14.40% rise, as per the Vodafone contract:Looks right to me.
If your plan started from 2 February 2021:
Your agreement provides for your monthly cost to go up by 14.4%. This reflects the UK Consumer Price Index (CPI) at 10.5% (as published on 18 January 2023, plus an additional 3.9% to cover the increasing costs of operating our network - as set out in your agreement with us.

If your contract has the word "fixed" in it then you might have a point, but I bet it doesn't because Vodafone don't do them.tracyyi said:

Pretty much every other broadband supplier has a similar price increase this April.

Feel strange that they did not increase the price in April 2022.0 -
Consider yourself fortunate, though its probably likely your £20.50 included an already baked in rise.0
