CTS letter

Hi guys, I wonder if anyone has any input on a letter from CTS that I've received.
Previously I received a letter to pay a parking ticket from a Tesco's car par but refused to pay as I was shopping and charging my e car. This must have happened at least 3 times. I now have received this letter. I was wondering what should I do in this case. Any feedback will be welcome. Thank you.

You are pretty likely to get a court claim in due course2
-
And then you will win, as you've hopefully seen on all the other court claim threads.
Of course, the easiest way to cancel these scam PCNs is PLAN A (as clearly explained in the NEWBIES FAQS thread).PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
CLICK at the top or bottom of any page where it says:
Home»Motoring»Parking Tickets Fines & Parking - read the NEWBIES THREAD2 -

Seven times and they haven't even added on their false damages/debt recovery fees. By the time you start receiving debt collector letters (which you should know what to do about if you've read the Newbies/FAQ thread) it is likely to be a Claim for around £1200. Not that you'll be paying that bit just be aware of how this escalates in this scam.
As advised above, the first port of call for you is to read-re-read and read again the Newbies/FAQ thread to understand where you are in this scam and what to expect and when.2 -
Hi, thank you for your replies.
So should I just follow plan A or do nothing at the moment, I'm sorry but I'm just a bit confused. Also can someone post a link for me to follow if possible? As I am unsure about what type of action to take next.

PLAN A, go into the Tesco store and ask them to get the charges dropped. They can do this so do not be fobbed off.3

If you read the Newbies/FAQ thread, not just skim-read it, you will get a better understanding of where you are in the process. For now, apart from Plan A to get the landowner to get the PCNs cancelled and write to your MP, it is a waiting game.
You can expect more reminders and demands, including the usual debt collector letters which, whilst toothless, are designed to get the gullible to poop their pants and pay up. You can safely ignore all of those. You are waiting for Letter of Claim which gives you 30 days notice that they intend to proceed to a Claim.
All the above is noted in the Newbies/FAQ thread. Go read it please.
**NEWBIES!! PRIVATE PARKING TICKET? OLD OR NEW? **READ THESE FAQS FIRST!** Thankyou!
