Talk Talk issues

hi, our talk talk broadband has been incredibly inconsistent, droppping for hours at a time. We logged each issue with 'technical support' have apparently had the issue resolved numeroustimes only for it to reoccur days later
talk talk customer support is awful; the online account barely works - cant view bills or anything as that appears to have 'technical isses' as well
i telephoned them tonight and got through to the most unprofessional call centre - there was loud music playing and the rep was rude to the point i told them to forget it i'll be moving suppliers. They just phoned my mobile 15+ times and each time made strange noises then hung up (i kid you not)
Im done with them and want to move but think i am in contract until dec (i cant verify as their website is down!)
What#s bets next steps - do i just move and argue the toss afterwards or am i best submitting a formal complaint or engaging ofcom ?
Just want rid of them now

Ofcom don't deal with individual complaints. You need to ascertain if your problems are caused by your phone line. If it is then it doesn't matter who you pick, you'll have the same problems whoever you're with. Note that phone line issues are reported to Openreach by TalkTalk, you can't deal with Openreach yourself.0
