Well, after my week on hols I've put on 1/2 lb, which is annoying as my calories in mostly equalled calories out! Suspect it's the booze, although I counted that too!

Back to the usual diet now. I managed a 3 mile run round the beach this morning before it gets too hot later and will aim for daily yoga. I know the exercise doesn't make much impact on weight loss, but it's good to feel fitter and stronger :-)

    Hope y'all have a positive week ☀️

    -2 for me, please.

14 stones 2 for me today
  • STS for me, (well the scales go up and down quarter of a lb)

I think I have lost a bit of enthusiasm, the problem with the neighbour continues, I think the fact that we never get a day with a bit of peace is getting me down a bit, 2 hr period today and over a dozen issues, I'm on a waiting list for recording equipment.

Going to attempt to have an alcohol-free week, must not let neighbours pickle me off so I need a drink!

    Have a good week all.
