The heat re-enforces my need to take this weight loss more seriously instead of just 'playing' I'm not built for heat and as a very pale skin person (the natural auburn highlights are long gone  ) I tend to stay out of this hot sun.  We seem to have missed the rain some parts of the county had yesterday evening and overnight and the garden could do with a drink

Does anyone else find it easier to lose weight in spring/summer? During the colder months I just want stodge and to hide inside. I feel more motivated at this time of year, it's just easier to get outside and eat salads. Plus I want to fit in  my nice summer clothes! 
Looks like many of us are more motivated :-)

Evening everyone, have just been reading back.  It's so hot this evening, I have all my windows and doors open to encourage a breeze.  I'm not complaining though.

I usually do a Sat weigh in but was away at the weekend so popped on the scales this morning and have finally lost the last lb !  So happy as that's 16lbs since the start of the year.  I'm going to keep checking in with you guys to stay on track.

pixie as soon as the weather gets cold and the clock goes back I start to crave carbs and stodgy food I blame it on the urge to hibernate 🐻  🦔 there is something about dark evenings indoors

STS AGAIN! I really must settle down properly to this challenge. My sumner clothes look so much better than they did but still have a way to go. I can only blame myself! Must dig my heels in.

I've been dire this quarter (again!!) so I'm pretty much ignoring the next couple of weeks and really making a concerted effort from July! 🤞😉
