Part exchange/builders requesting water account

The solicitor for our buyer requested a water bill last year when we sold.

If you have not exchanged, why don’t you sell it to the buyers direct? Split the £12k.

We would then need to pull out of the reservation as it’s a part exchange and no guarantees we could then re-reserve
