Part exchange/builders requesting water account

 We’ve provided the EPC, gas and electric safety certs however another 5 weeks down the line they’re now asking for more stuff like the water accounts, and insurance for decking we’ve installed. They already have a buyer for our house and have sold it for £12,000 more than they’ve given us. We’ve gone past out exchange deadline 🤦🏼♀️0
