Hi, I’m with Vodafone broardband and recently decided to move to Virgin. I put in the request and then after a couple of days had second thoughts. I’m now in a circle of hell trying to get Vodafone to cancel the cancellation but despite daily emails from them telling how easy it is to reverse the decision if I’ve changed my mind, it’s proving anything but. After 3 long stints on the phone to them I’ve been told, we’ve done it, they hadn’t, you can’t cancel, it’s too late, email says I can, and third time, it’s done now, it’s not. The switchover date is fast approaching so if anyone has any advice on how solve this I’d be very pleased to hear from you.
