    It's a shame people are missing important threads. There is so much on this forum and new stuff almost every day. That one is a humdinger that could see LOADS of cases struck out.

    I did indeed miss the above. Not to worry.

    I’ve just declined the claimants offer of a discussion in a side room before the hearing, and their subsequent offer of a ‘reduction’ to £185. My counter offer was that they could pay me £200, they declined.

    Will instead await the judge.

    No unfortunately not. After submitting my witness statement I had to focus on other things.
