Virgin mobile deal - can sign up

Trying to get a sim for my daughter and opted for the virgin £3.50 for 3 months then £7 a month deal but it won't let me do it. Every time it gets so far thru the process then bombs out and goes to a something went wrong try again later screen. When I try to go back in to the order it says the order is cancelled. Has anyone else tried to sign up to this deal?
