Why did Intelligent Octopus stopped charging Tesla EV?

Not sure what “reconnect device” is about - my app doesn’t have this option? But you may try it, maybe it will have the same effect as disconnect and then connect againGas: warm air central heating, instant water heater, Octopus tracker

Edit: first image is what you need, in second you disabled the smart charging.
leave the smart charging on, but go through disconnect and new charge testGas: warm air central heating, instant water heater, Octopus tracker

so I followed what 'markin' suggested and this worked so thanks @markin
on a slightly different note, when I plug the Zappi charger to the Tesla EV, Intelligent Octopus provides the schedule for low-rate usage for the day that is available to charge both, the EV and house usage. If the schedule shows low-rate tariff is available for a few hours during the day, e.g. 2pm - 6pm, if I allow the EV to start charging at 2pm but then use the Tesla app to stop charging, will I continue to get the low-rate tariff between 2pm - 6pm ?0 -
We're having issues with Tesla, Intelligent and Project EV. Originally using Electric Miles app (set up by installer of Project EV charger) to manage charging on a previous tariff - all worked fine.
We switched to take advantage of the IO tariff. Issues from start. IO said they need to have full control and with a 3rd party app, this will block connection to the charger to allow for scheduled charging so we should delete it. Duly deleted.
Set car charge limit to 100%, set charge limit in IO app to 100% and 'ready by 9am'. All settings in car set to 'dumb'. Enabled smart charging in IO app, plugged in car. Frustratingly pulls 3kwh of energy at peak price before IO kicks in with scheduling and stops charge. 3 time slots offered. Woken up for a 5th time with no charge.
I can turn off smart charging in IO and set the car to kick in within the off peak hours and works fine but this seems redundant given the potential additional off peak hours that maybe offered by IO in the schedule charging. We're running appliances through the night so we do gain on this tariff just frustrating that the 'intelligent' aspect isn't very intelligent.... any suggestions please?0
