The house is not important to me but the land is. I grow most of my own vegetables and I have not purchased potatoes or other vegetables for over 20 years. I used to keep chickens and bees but had to give them up because of neighbours.

The land is sufficient for small livestock  be kept in limited numbers.
There is a large lake and a stream running through the property, which could be used to produce hydro power.  During the 1800's a wind mill stood on the site therefore a wind turbine could also be built  on the site. The house and land are in a tourist area and could be developed into a site for holiday lets in the future and produce an income, the only limiting factor is finance.
