I didn’t realise they even had a Member Panel - I’ve signed up to the member panel of every BS that has invited me.0

Hopefully won't be too far away then. I do have 2 branches near me but if I can do something from my own settee then all the better.0

I wouldn’t expect that the app will let you do anything you cannot do in online banking already. Just the app will - hopefully - let us do things such as logging in faster and easierBazzalona13295 said:Hopefully won't be too far away then. For reasons I don't fully understand I always have difficulty with the online banking at Coventry, its why half the time I just pop in a branch. I won't make a special journey but the two branches are both in centres I visit regularly.friolento said:

one reason you might have difficulties is that Coventry told me their online banking is optimized for the Chrome browser.
I have had quite a few problems using the Microsoft Edge browser which when I called them they told me to switch to Chrome
I did and the problems went away0 -
For what it's worth, I use Firefox and have never had a problem using Coventry online

I have never had a problem with Coventry using Safari1

I don't think it is related to the browser I'm on, though I could be wrong. I just always seem to need to reset passwords etc and start again which is odd as I only ever use one of two passwords.
Its no big thing, there are a couple of sites this always happens on, Nielsen IQ being one. Least its better than anyone shoehorning their way into my accounts.
Had accounts with the Coventry for over 20 years so its not putting me off, maybe if I wasn't local it would do.

I can't log in with Firefox anymore, it stopped working earlier this year. Chrome is fine.

Member Panellists have received an email inviting us to a video talkback session on 22nd November in which we will... "get the chance to have a sneak peek of our app. Our Head of Digital, Phil Boon, will join us to talk through the app."
I no longer check the forums as regularly as I used to. If you wish to catch my attention please remember to tag me (@ircE) so I get a notification.0
