HI Grizebeck, my point was to defend and not pay. if in court ill defend and look to countersue KFC have broken Duty of care law... open to debate....0

Duty of care that is a Law is it not? just like H&S 1974. if its broken that's illegal..
English Tort Law, Duty of care in English law, Pure economic loss:
You may have an obligation to prevent your customers from suffering psychological or economic harm/loss.
if i suffer loss financially due to KFC withholding information such as parking issues then they are liable for my loss!!... its arguable...0 -
imnothappy said:Duty of care that is a Law is it not?Nope, it's not a law. Duty of care is (in certain circumstances) an obligation, which if breached and that breach leads to loss/damage might constitute negligence. I think you would be pushed to show KFC staff owed you a duty of care regarding your parking arrangement outside their premises. You might not be happy but you need to slow down, stop ranting and start thinking. Then you need to start reading - sticky threads and other posts here. It's clear to me you know nothing about the law - the spelling of the past tense of which is KNEW.
