ill defend myself against the parking comp.. re contract. they have to prove i have seen all signs.. and if pushed sue KFC... Duty of Care... economic loss...staff new i was breaking rules and said nothing... Economic loss....

Prosecution is reserved for the criminal courts so i am confused as to what private prosecution you are undertaking in the Magistrates?3 -
