Central Asia & Mongolia sim card - what does this mean?

I have just received a brand new Samsung Galaxy A6 phone. It has 'CENTRAL ASIA & MONGOLIA SIM CARD ONLY' written on the box. I am in the UK so what does this mean? My previous phone had 'European sim card only' written on the box. Why doesn't it say the same? I am scared to open it unless I know that I can use it in the UK

Thanks, I just phoned Samsung and they were SO GOOD!! I was amazed at how helpful the young man was. He looked up the number of my phone and confirmed it was made for the Middle East and I might have problems. So I will definitely chase up the retailer. He's on E-Bay but has good ratings, so let's hope he will want to keep his good ratings.
