please help bathroom flooded!!!!

not sure if anyone can help but it would be much appreciated.. i live in a rented flat and i've just discovered my bathroom is completely flooded the only number i have to contact my landlord on is the letting agents office which is obviously not open, is there any way i could find out the phone number for my landlord as my contract forbids us from calling out workmen without prior permission!!!

Last time this happened here the cat got electrocuted to death.
Very strange how someone can be at home with 75,000 gallons of water in the bathroom and still have time to post on mse...Addictive to say the least.

Usually the stopcock is under the kitchen sink.

i've turned mine off but i think the waters coming from a burst pipe upstairs and my neighbour isnt in

Not a great deal your landlord can do then. Have you got contents insurance?
