I moved to Flux, agile has been pants for a considerable time and I can't see it improving with the predicted price drop of gas in the near future.
4.3kwp JA panels, Huawei 3.68kw Hybrid inverter, Huawei 10kw Lunar 2000 battery, Myenergi eddi, South facing array with a 15 degree roof pitch, winter shade.

I called up about another issue on my bill and the guy said, you don't want to be on agile export anymore it's just going down and down, I'll put you on fixed and do it a month ago so you get this month at 15p :)  Think he was able to do it a month ago as there was another account issue blocking my bill getting released.

I called on Tuesday to move from Agile to Fixed (think we averaged 10p or so per KWh in the last billing period). Just looked now and they've shifted the tariff over though it looks like it's a 12 month fixed for now.

Any reason you didn't go with Flux? It's drastically improved our "earnings" despite not having a battery.
    -  10 x 400w LG + 6 x 550W SHARP BiFacial Panels + SE 3680 HD Wave Inverter + SE Optimizers. SE London.
    -  Triple aspect. (22% ENE/ 33% SSE/ 45% WSW)
    -  Viessmann 200-W on Advanced Weather Comp. (the most efficient gas boiler sold)

Feel free to DM me if I can help with any energy saving!

Sorry, just saw your message. Been quite busy of late and didn't even spot the new Flux tariff. Happy to stop on Fixed for a while to see how things play out.

So I originally signed up for the standard Octopus SEG at 4.1p but have now changed to the Fixed outgoing, after much faff it must be said. It wasn't a simple case of sending an email to their hello@octopus email.

Anyhow the SEG had no standing charge however I see the Fixed has an 18.81p / day charge ??

That looks like an import tariff (and a good one)? This is how fixed outgoing looked to me:
3.6 kW PV in the Midlands - 9x Sharp 400W black panels - 6x facing SE and 3x facing SW, Solaredge Optimisers and Inverter. 400W Derril Water (one day). Octopus Flux

Bad news then. Octopus Flux doesn’t have a standing charge and over the last month the average price the paid to me was over 25p/kWh without really trying to avoid the expensive hours of Flux consumption. The battery covered the majority of consumption that occurred between 4 and 7pm.
8 x Jinko Tiger Neo 54c 415W, Huawei 3k L1 HV ph Hybrid inverter and 2 x 5kWh LUNA batteries on 15° roof facing SW on the southern edge of Bristol.

No I think they have made a mistake. As Raxial says, it looks like they have put me on an incoming tariff. I was always told Octopus had great customer service but trying to get my tariff changed from SEG to Fixed has been like dealing with a banana republic govt department.
