Are they creating a Deed of Variation to give you a share?But the will is still going to be used to obtain a grant of probate? Otherwise you would get everything through rules of intestacy.0 -
Sorry just seen this. Yes Deed of Variation is agreed and signed.
Probate has not been granted yet, but it has been sought and prior to the deed of variation.
