PAC code from Lyca, is the system down?

Signed up for the MSE Lyca 1p a month deal. Although the Lyca website's PAC form isn't the simplest to fill in to port your number over to them, it seems to have worked. I ordered a second SIM to use as a "temporary SIM" to move my number back to a new deal on my existing network.

How long does a PAC code (to port out) take to arrive by text? Reason being I texted "PAC" to the 65075 number from my Lyca SIM and usually it takes seconds (and is supposedly meant to take no more than 1-2 minutes). However, 15 minutes later, I haven't received a PAC code to port out. 

I tried texting again, but still nothing. I've had no issues porting into, or out of Lyca in the past using the automated PAC text system. Is the PAC system down today in general?

I had no luck trying to use it at all previously, but about to try again and hopefully remember to return.

Yes it wasn't working for me the last two days. However, today it did work thankfully. I restarted my phone twice today and suddenly this time when I requested a PAC, it came within 3 seconds.
