If you look at any review site there are loads of fake reviews. Some are terrific reviews insisting they are wonderful - lies - and others are competitors or those who got upset because they tried to get two weeks in the bahamas for the price of a weekend down the road or whatever.Nowadays you cannot take someone's word for it when they say someone gives a good or bad service. If you are interested in that service check it out yourself and check out other reviews first.

Having poor service is no reason for a particular organisation to be de-listed. This site lists banks etc because they have an attractive rate or offer or because they are cheap (the clue's in the name). 

If you have had particularly bad service from UBL and you think it might be useful to others to describe it here then carry on.

There is someone out there that believes every bank's service is poor. If we listened to them all the listings would be empty.
