check that what they have sent you are proper CCAs or redacted copies. I was sent a load of paperwork from an agency i requested but on scrutiny it was just a collection of statements. When i queried it they came back and said they were waiting for the proper paperwork (lol) that was 5 years ago and im still waiting so meanwhile its unenforceable.0

They haven’t sent anything other than a letter saying they requested copy of documentation from GE capital bank but have not received this yet and my account is still on hold while they await requested information from GECapital
it is almost 20years old so I hope they can’t find it0
