i would say A has right of way in both drawings.

I'm game

I think A has priority in picture one (LHS) and B has priority in picture two (RHS)
Aim:12mth Emergency Fund -> £14264/£17076 (83%) Aim 2: Mortgage Overpayment -> Paused until other aim fulfilled.4 -
A in the first and B in the second.I would expect the junction in the second picture to have a Give Way sign for driver A.Things that are differerent: draw & drawer, brought & bought, loose & lose, dose & does, payed & paid1

Without road markings who knows.4

i see your point and think you are both correct, A certainly has right of way in the first as its a box juntion and B should give way to oncoming traffic, in the second B is already on the road so as you say there should be a give way sign for A.0

They are unmarked junctions, so no-one has priority (Highway Code 146).
Also from the HC: "The rules in The Highway Code do not give you the right of way in any circumstance, but they advise you when you should give way to others."3 -
In the first one, A has priority over B. B can't enter the box junction unless the exit is clear, and the exit is in A's path.In the 2nd one, B has priority over A. A has to cross into B's path.
In reality, people are terrible at driving so anything goes.1 -

Hi
The diagrams are bnot clear IE if one car was there before the other
Assuming they arrived at the junction at the same time, car 'A' has priority all day long for reasons that will be obvious to drivers that driver as per Highways rules.
NB: Never assume that just because you are driving properly, within the rules etc the other driver is capable of doing that.
Drive safely
