    Witnesses are required to witness the donor and attorneys actually signing the document so it is often not practical to have a single witness unless you all live locally. Our children got their own witnesses to sign their sections when we did ours.

    Thanks for the replies, as we all live close together I will go for the one witness then, and hopefully sign off on the same day.
  • There is extra section (5)  in the Health one compared to the Financial to sign, that nearly caught me out.
