Its not misleading as long as it was clear that T&Cs applied and those T&Cs are being applied and aren't totally ridiculous. Many white goods come with a partial extended warranty if you register within 30 days... if you miss the 30 days thats your own fault as its a reasonable enough window and to be honest you've also then avoided the hard sell of the full extended warranty.

 In this case the 28 days waiting period is going to be so you dont claim the cashback and then return the goods to the seller keeping the monies however coincidentally it also means a fair number of people will forget to do it. In fairness to them though they offer a reminder email service so does seem more likely the first.

I'm confused how you struggled to get a clear picture of the receipt? Do you not have a smart phone or a friend with one that could have helped? Having had a CFO that would mark up documents in pen and just send random photos of bits of pages with her edits I can fully understand why they didnt want to stitch together your multiple photos but again its not obvious why you didnt combine them to a single picture

Hisense are back at it again with their most recent promotional cash back offer. It's impossible to logon to the portal to check the status of the claim. Just killing time until the promotional period ends! So enraged with them has anyone else bought a hisense appliance at the end of 2023 and successfully claimed??
