    In your first post you say that after submitting a new reading you were no longer 'in credit' this will be why you have not got your refund.
    Being on the spectrum can mean you only take in the first thing you are told....
    BG are hopeless with customer service.
    I would move away.
    It the moment i cant afford any other supplier and also it company was forced onto me
    All other suppliers are the same price, because they are all only offering the EPG rates.

    I was in credit after the reading
    So are you still in credit now? Are you still expecting a refund? Are you due a bill soon?
    I ve had the bill and i am still in credit  with the gas company its been over 10 days since i asked for it.
    How much are you in credit by, what is your monthly Direct Debit and what is your estimated annual usage? Generally they will not refund a credit that is less than a month's usage, for some suppliers it is two months.
    £238 is my current credit and I ve paid off my current quarter. I rung them today and the resin  they said I didn’t get my refund was because some put the wrong title in my Name. Honestly All the agent are is just lying to me which has  not helped my mental health
