Neither does the manual if you zoom in to the pictures. I assume the Android app is HD IOT Camera by xiaowenyin2021. That and the rating of 1.9 from 3K reviews pretty much tells you all you need to know.

Get a refund if you can OP, decide what you really need to do, and ask on here for recommendations. There are some decent budget cameras around.

Hiif go for refund have cover cost of postage  thus need to say not as shown this not suitable
