Too late she has already paid it….. she also does not want to know updates of what is happening with my claim, which is understandable is i win this….. which i hope i do.

Ps. I have received my letter back from the HM Courts today acknowledging receipt of my defence. Should i do anything else or play the waiting game?

Hi

I have received an email today that Smart Parking are proceeding. The email states the court will be in touch for me to file a directions questionaire. It then goes on to state that DCB legals client may be prepared to settle the case and have given me a number to contact within 7 days to discuss settlement. I have also received a copy of Smart Parkings direction questionaire.

I just wanted advice on whether i call to try and settle the case or just wait for the directions questionaire to arrive?. Or if anyone could point me in the right direction for the next steps on how to proceed with this. Many thanks

But you are already following the 8 steps and this 'nothing' stage is on those steps. Did you forget you're only at step 3 so far? Not sure what else you were expecting! It's all normal.

You don't need different advice on this thread. Obviously they aren't 'proceeding'!

Come back when you get the inevitable Discontinuance just before the hearing fee due date in the Autumn.
