Just copy the pre-written defence by @Meltof that's towards the end of the Smart Parking Claim Defence Group Thread.

No link. Just search & ye shall find.

Like I said: search and ye shall find.

    There is nothing to navigate.

yes I’m sounding thick I am thick I really don’t know where to start 😢

I’ve been on the thread you said and there are loads of posts of defence replies people are sending. My question is am I replying to my letter or copy and pasting the ones already written in the forum and changing to my details if that’s makes sense? I truly am sorry for being a pain but I haven’t a clue how to deal with this on my own and am honestly struggling and getting emotional and panicking

But as I said, you weren't meant to read the whole thread.

Slow down! You have weeks to do this and it's only copy & paste. No changes at all from the one you were told to find at the end of the group thread.

Login to MCOL via your government gateway account on Thursday or Friday and complete the AOS online stage first

Then Use the defence template by MSE member meltof dated 12th April

Then copy and paste into the MCOL defence box, save and submit

With an issue date of 08/05/26 and providing you complete(d) the AoS after 13/05/26 and before or on 27/05/26 your defence deadline date is 4.00 p.m. on 10/06/26

Honestly thank you for the advice. My daughter actually had the same ticket 4 years ago at the same place with mine, but she has decided to just pay hers now….which i obviously don't agree with it now being over £300.

I am dealing with things that i don't understand and its scary to be honest, but i am willing to give it try…

She paid £300 to make a scam go away? Is it too late for us to stop her?!

Honestly i am trying to get her to go through the process the same as me as everything is identical… all the letters we both have received as we had two cars in the car park four years ago. My daughter just wants the stress of it all gone (as do i) so is caving in.. Me on the other hand is a fighter and its the principle so i am not giving in
