Just do what the NEWBIES thread tells you.

    It isn't a fine.

Also read the CST Law group thread.  Search the forum for that one and read it ALL.

Ignore CST Law.  Obviously no paying!

Come back if you get a court claim.

Are you in Scotland or are you in England/Wales?

They are just so persistent, it did go quiet for a couple of months and then this latest letter.
I’ve had a brief read of the newbies thread and I will read through properly over the weekend
i Will update when I hear more, which I’m sure I will

hi can anyone help since my last post nearly 3 years ago…

I have received further letters from companies since I emailed CST LAW in March 2023… I had no response to my email whatsoever..

    UPDATE

Letter from ZZPS May 2025 and June 2025 these were ignore

Then GCTT June 2025 also ignored, then DCB legal letter 30th March 2026 this was ignored

Today I have received HM courts letter and forms enclosed N1SDT.
Amount they are claiming is £224.24 + court fee £35.00 and legal costs of £50

    Total now £309.24

Please can someone offer advice of what to do next

"Please can someone offer advice of what to do next"

You don't need it. See the Template Defence thread at the top of the forum where it already tells you exactly what to do.
