Virgin sent price hike letter informing me of £7.00 a month increase. Considering I only pay £31 at the moment this is more than 13.9% announced. Call centre useless, asked to be transferred to disconnect team. Low and behold got an immediate 50% reduction on £7 increase. What a scam. Be warned especially the vulnerable people out there
