But that's not the one in the NEWBIES thread.  It is out of date now and superseded by what is in the NEWBIES Thread.  I edited the WS advice last month.

@Coupon-mad already told you which WS to use, the one in the NEWBIE sticky.  If you go to that sticky - first page of the forum - you should find the WS written by @baz417 to use as an exemplar not a straightforward copy and paste.  It has to be about your case and back up and support whatever you wrote in your defence with your evidence.
