Standing order from natwest to natwest

I made a standing order from one natwest account to the other but did not cancel it in time. The money was taken and I am now in my overdraft. However the money has not reached the other natwest account it is now 10.34am. I was hoping it would reach the account so I could send it back immediately and not get charged. My question is will it reach the account or not and at what time do standing orders arrive in natwest if so

I have not moved from one Natwest account to another, but usually it seems to go in and out from and to other banks quite fast. 

Can you phone and ask? Is it possible it's on hold because the out payment has caused you to go overdrawn?
