Which 17" laptop

  • I have always had a 17" laptop and was looking to replace my old Toshiba satellite.
Out of the blue a friend gifted me a brand new lenovo ideapad flex 5 i3 14".....just because he could.

I considered returning it to John Lewis and exchanging it for a 17" laptop and paying the extra...but I didn't.
It took me less than a week to adapt to the change in screen size and now I absolutely love it.
I'm now free to sit where I want to do my work as the old clunky 17" was a beast to carry around so it always stayed in the same spot..... and as a bonus I no longer suffer with mouse shoulder

I'm not suggesting a 14" screen or an ideapad.......
    Just saying really......

I have had laptops since 1995 - from a 11.4 inch to my present 17" and have become used to the size - so do need a 17"
I don't carry it around - I use it in the living room

If I was half as smart as I think I am - I'd be twice as smart as I REALLY am.

    Yes I suppose so
I don't worry about size and weight
