Friendly reminder if you've used a BA Companion voucher recently, double check on your account!

During the BA January 2023 sales earlier this year they had some "self admitted" IT problems when I phoned them, due to large demand on the website.

If you have booked a flight with a companion voucher then, double check it has been "used".

I saw on my account that it was still there and they had charged me more AVIOS points than should've been.
