Yes, it was from the Virgin exclusive flexi isa 2k_man said:
Out of interest, was this from a Virgin Exclusive Flexi ISA(2)?Frogletina said:You need to click onto the Isa options button in the left hand column, not the transfer money button.
I applied for the Isa on Thursday, on Friday I arranged for a transfer in from Virgin money and it arrived on Monday.
And did you have to pick anything special in the transfer request form?
I know there have been problems/delays with some Virgin ISA transfers as Virgin Money is an umbrella for Clydesdale and Yorkshire Bank (not YBS), so some transfer requests have been misdirected.
The Yorkshire BS now has changed the transfer dropdown list.
For an exclusive Isa you need to choose ' Virgin Money accounts beginning with the sort code 05'
The last time I transferred from this account, I had to choose the Yorkshire BankNot Rachmaninov

I will start the transfer process (once I have refilled the Virgin account).2 -
I had no problems getting a transfer to YBS from a Coventry ISA. Completed within 3 days.2

Virgin to YBS requested Friday late afternoon, completed today.
Message from YBS yesterday confirming transfer request stated 7 - 15 working days, so turned out to be a lot quicker than that.
My initial fears of transfers out of Virgin being troublesome was clearly unfounded, at least in this case.

I opened and funded the same ISA four days ago but my older YBS ISA still hasn't being updated with the reduced current years allowance. Would this affect the £13404 it says I can redeposit this tax year? I didn't even know you could do that (from a previous tax year) until this evening!Suzey said:
Thanks! I hope I get that button tomorrow. It will be sweet relief because I just had to fill in another one (different bank) by hand and post it to them. Definite shades of 2005 right theresavit4l8er said:
No problem, look for ISA options, you will see the transfer YBS button, upon clicking that you will be presented with this.Suzey said:
Thanks, I just logged in again to see if there's a message like that, and there isn't, so I will try again tomorrow and see if the button has magically appearedsavit4l8er said:I am pretty sure you need to wait until the next day for full options because the account is not fully open. Somewhere on the main accounts screen it mentions it is available tomorrow (even though the account number is visible), cannot remember the exact words.
Just fill it out being careful to select full, partial, current tax year Yes / No etc. as required.

I was assured by YBS that the interest would be backdated to the date of opening but I am not sure if that's true, so I'll see what the post-transfer letter says!
As the OP last posted 6 days ago I feel justified in taking over the thread for my own query 😀
My aim is to do that asap then transfer the whole old ISA to a Santander ISA that I haven't opened yet. Would I be able to do that this tax year as it would all be 'old money' transferring in? Thanks for reading.

I opened this account and was told to fill in paper form to transfer in old YBS ISA.
I did this and it took a week to complete.
Partial transfer in from Virgin ISA was very smooth.
YBS requested on Friday and transfer completed on following Monday.
A satisfactory experience all round.0 -

In case anyone else is wondering about the answer to my original question, what @savit4l8er said came true for me. A couple of days after opening the account online, the option to transfer in appeared on online banking. I initiated the transfer through there, and the money was moved from the old provider to YBS within a few days. Thanks again @savit4l8er!

The Loyalty Six account I originally posted about last year (post 1 in this thread) is no longer available to apply for.
