    they didn't send me the attachments only the parking charge notice, first ive seen of the attachments i.e. hire agreement etc is in response to the POPLA appeal.

    Yes, I know that.  It's why I said 'purported' attachments and I had previously said that I know there was nothing enclosed.

    But POPLA will think they were.

    So, are they the right documents?

    I am asking you specifically to look at the POFA and exactly which 2 documents it says 'must' accompany the NTH, and tell us whether these questionable documents meet the stated legal requirements.

    OK but you and I both know those documents were never enclosed with the NTH, so that is what you say in your comments to POPLA.

    Yep I’ve put that in as my comments, 

    I’ve also stated the below points but worded it differently of course. 

    no planning for signage and camera 

    vehicle did not park in any spaces and no evidence provided that it did

    signage is facing inwards, non illuminated and car park is not illuminated. 

    One of the signs in the car park signage map they enclosed is not there

    no contract provided or details of landowner etc

    dont believe they complied with timescales in notices to keeper
