Transferring Cash ISA which has a long notice period

I want to transfer my Cash ISA. However the Notice period is 120 days. I have contacted a number of ISA providers and, so far, none will do a transfer in with such a long notice period. Any suggestions? Ideally one that will accept such a transfer.

Do you have the option of an internal transfer to a more accessible product with your current provider, as an interim step?1

Thank you - thats certainly Plan B as Plan A (moving the ISA) is looking increasing unlikely.0

I moved my isa from West Brom which had a 180 day penalty free notice period. When I contacted m&s bank about a transfer I was told it all depended what the provider you were transferring from would accept.I waited till 30 days before I actually put my transfer in as I didn’t think they would honour the interest rate for longer than that.I think it’s normally around 28 - 30 days with most banks/bs though.2
