Barclays 1 Year Flexible Cash ISA has dropped from 4% to 3.2%

Does anyone know if this interest rate drop affects one I opened in December? If not will it be affected in the new tax year or is the rate mine until December?

Thanks!

The idea is it's fixed for 1 year from the date of opening at the rate you opened it, 4%. That's what you will get and any opened now will get 3.2%, again fixed for the year.
Yeah, cheers but nah, I will stick with yes,  thank you and no.

    Thank you.
