.....yes, they do. And if you change to this payment method you will be able to get any credit on the account paid to you. If you want to do this just keep it simple by first changing to direct debit whole amount monthly which you can do by online chat. Once that is set up request a refund if the credit balance again by online chat. It was a very simple process for me.

Yes they do, I think they and Octopus might be the only two at the moment.
