Thanks Danny. They really need to sort this out i see they are doing this to loads of people not telling them anything or what they should provide. They just stress people out there a law to them self's.

But again thanks for the advise so far.

Yes, you need to register with HMRC as self employed. You will need to complete a self assessment tax return including both your wages and the self employment.

Case resolved. 
After nearly a month in review they have decided to reopen and let me access my account as norm.
Nobody has called or emailed just reopened my account Thank the lord!

Thank you to all for your advise , any body who is going through the same thing keep in touch daily if you can and keep pushing them!.

That's potentially confusing correlation with causation if you believe that access has been restored because you kept chasing daily....
