My current 27 pound broad band package that was renewed last Novemver is going to increase by 9.50.
A 13 percent rise would have been bad enough but this is over 30 percent but seems they do it on package price not what the price you pay is.
How can they justify that I have been upgraded free due to bad service then upgraded again for vollt.
How can they charge rises on something that they have upgraded free and not something i need!!!! It seems people are being upgraded again for taking out new contracts, what happens next year when you can no longer cancel for breach of contract.
Will that mean they can impose massive increases and we have to suffer until end of Contract.
Im not happy with my service but have no tv aerials and need working tv for my daughter currently using fire stick.

Can you not cancel whatever bits of the service you don't need to help keep the price down?
Things that are differerent: draw & drawer, brought & bought, loose & lose, dose & does, payed & paid0 -
You can phone them up and ask them to keep the price the same or threaten to leave. I did the same, they offered 2 months discount and keep at same price, ive left anyway and now have a better product with community fibre, was with them for 17 years.0
