QDR solicitors letter

Hi all,
Received a first letter from QDR solicitors, see attached, instructed by ZPS acting on behalf of Parking Eye for a Parking Charge notice received back in August 2020 in an ASDA car park. They ask for a payment of £140 within 14 days or threaten to obtain a CCJ.
I read the newbies and a few other posts but I am not sure whether to ignore them or reply.
Hope someone can shed some light on this.
Thank you.

14-day deadline, debt collector letter. If you get a formal Letter of Claim, come back on this thread.A new arrangement for PE, jumping into bed with debt collector ZZPS. We have found that when PE pass out cases to debt collectors, they have all but given up on collecting anything themselves. PE are more than capable of chasing outstanding amounts through litigation via their own in house team of lawyers. They have clearly chosen not to do so in this case.Asda are extremely good at getting these parking charges cancelled - go and see their manager at the earliest convenience, taking the various documents you've received, plus any receipts - old or current - showing you to be a regular Asda shopper. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Just complain to Asda. They can cancel it the same day you complain, so did you not try that yet?
Is this Asda in Scotland or not?PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Thank you for your replies.
I didn't approach ASDA at the time as I thought won't make a difference.
Do you think ASDA can still cancel this PCN although dates back on Aug 2022?
Definitely will keep an eye for a Letter of Claim from QDR.

And my other question?
You already know it's never too late to complain to the retailer because the first hyperlink in the NEWBIES thread gives you an entire thread of SUCCESSFUL COMPLAINTS, showing you that. People complaining five years later..PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Personally, I would write back a "without prejudice" letter telling them to go Fornicate Under Consent of King with themselves. Then again, I obviously have too much time on my hands.

Your best bet is to follow the guidance already offered.
The fourth post of the NEWBIES thread explains exactly how to deal with debt collector's letters, but to summarise that post - ignore them.1
