Let me know your thoughts.

Anyone work for Morrisons Custmer Service.

Let me know how how they work.

See pictures.

Purchase Whole Cooked Chickens from the local Morrisons store. All Chickens same.

Morrisons Customer Service Response.

Pinking can occur in young birds, even when fully cooked and particularly around the bone.

The bones of younger chickens are more permeable than older animals, which can allow the bone marrow to leak into the surrounding meat and produce a pink color. The haemoglobin in chicken tissues can also create a heat-stable color that lingers even after the bird has been thoroughly cooked.

Yes that looks pretty awful.  Would have taken it back and asked for a refund.

How many chickens did you buy?
I’m asking because you said ‘all chickens same’.

If you’re not able to take it/them back bag them, freeze them and take it/them back at a later date, with the receipt.

Another option would be to complain to your local council environmental health dept.

    Thank you.

Purchased a few whole extra tasty cooked chickens at the same Day/Time and All chickens same.

So we're all cooked at the same time, the same.

Dont regularly shop at the Morrisons store. Was travelling past.

Earlier that day School supporting a friend lost her mother to terminal Cancer.

The Morrisons store not very close to me 10+ miles. Cost of Petrol. Don't go by that way to Morrisons  store, very nothing.

Small under counter Refrigerator with a little ice box. So not able freeze them.

Placed chickens in the refrigerator to give opportunity from Morrisons to arrange take the chickens back at a later date.

The Morrisons store cold  heating off. Staff Wearing coats

Very shocked by Morrisons customer service.

Appreciate anyone's thoughts regarding this experience.

Wondered anyone. Have knowledge. Cooked chickens for supermarket Stores.

To me this more than pinking of chicken.

While I have no knowledge of how chickens are cooked in supermarkets, I can say that when we holiday in same area twice a year and each Sunday I go into Morrison store and purchase a cooked chicken.
Never looked like this as hubby would have taken it back.

I have stopped buying fresh fish at my local store, not always the best.

Got to admit have seen a wee bit pinkness by bone on chicken legs but never pink jelly

Myself have no knowledge how chickens are cooked in supermarkets.
Just by sight this day the Chicken was awful.

Purchase rotisserie chicken many times from Morrison and other stores. Never looked liked this. Often very cooked, (Overcooked)

It wasn't eaten. Store not directly local to justify fuel to take it back. So contacted the customer service. Not a positive experience.
Store heating was off. Lights dimmer.

Own suspicion cooked  chicken as minimum time as possible, save energy Cost's.

To not be too graphic I can only describe, was like clotted blood red.

Morrisons fresh fish counter,  much to be desired at present.

No such thing as fresh fish in a supermarket.
It is all frozen & thawed out for sale.
Better buying frozen fish from their freezers then you know exactly when it is defrosted.
