    That may tell you who the system thinks should be billing you.  If nothing else - it might provide more definitive information for the EDF or SP conversations - if you can find yoursel - not the business address.


    Your DNO may be able to provide some information. They keep records of the bill payer and the supplier for each MPAn. So a call to them with the MPAN (from the meter) explaining the situation and asking for help on who needs to change what may give you a way forward.

    Are you registered for Council Tax? if so, send the supplier (when you have located them) a copy of the annual bill, which shows that the property is a residential property. The council don't have to do anything once you are registered for C Tax.
    Your supplier may be commercial only, so you will need to transfer to a domestic supplier.
    Has the property been properly converted and do you now have your own supply and meter (and access to that meter to check readings and the serial number)?
